The terms that apply when downloading, accessing, or using Kiwi Manga.
Overview
These terms and conditions apply to the Kiwi Manga app, hereby referred to as the Application, for mobile devices created by Zenith, hereby referred to as the Service Provider, as an ad-supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. You should read and understand them before using the Application.
Intellectual property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service changes and charges
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated.
Device security
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise security features, and may cause the Application to stop functioning correctly or at all.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions.
Connectivity and mobile charges
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage or other third-party charges, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming.
User responsibility
The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For example, you are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Information accuracy
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, third parties provide information that is made available through the Application. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application. You may need to download updates to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to remain relevant to you or compatible with your installed operating system version.
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
